Info & FAQs

I try and ship stock items within 24 hours (weekends and holidays aside). I ship from Italy using registered post that is NOT INSURED, but does require a signature upon delivery. If you’d like insurance, please contact me to discuss costs involved. Currently, insured mail is not available to the US or the UK, but I will do all I can to make sure your package reaches you safely. Just ask and I’ll make enquiries at the post office for the most appropriate shipping method for your needs. Please understand that once shipped, I cannot be held responsible for delayed items. Overseas shipping can sometimes take up to 4 weeks, although the average time for an item to arrive in the US is about a week and about 3-5 days to the UK. Again, if you need your item within a particular time scale, please contact me to discuss your options.

Customs and import duties do not apply to delivery within the United Kingdom or European Union. For International orders, customs or import duties may be levied once the package reaches your country. If so, these charges are to be paid for by the recipient. I neither have control over these charges if they are levied, nor can I predict what they may be.

Shipping charges are: Italy €4,00 – North America €10,00 – South America €10,00 – Europe €6,00 – Asia and Pacific €15,00

I am happy to discuss custom orders and work with you to create a special piece of jewellery. For jewellery already for sale on the site that you would like customising in some way, simple changes are usually possible, such as a change in chain length or type, but some rings, for example cannot be resized and would have to be made to your size. In which case, the finished item may vary slightly from the original picture.

As the artist, I retain copyright over my work. This also includes the images of my work as displayed on this website and any others.
I do not allow the reselling of my work without prior discussion.

I am sure that you will be absolutely delighted with your jewellery. All items are checked before they are sent out. Please check the items upon delivery. I must be contacted within three days of receipt, in the unlikely event of damage or loss.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return the goods within 7 days (EU 9 days and US 14 days), unworn and in perfect condition, complete with all accessories, packaging and proof of purchase and I will be happy to offer an exchange, credit note or a full refund less the cost of the P&P (please see exemptions below).

Please contact me prior to returning an item with details of the problem. Returns must be sent using a similar registered and signed for service. I cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns if they are returned by normal post.

Items that cannot be returned:
Commissions: Jewellery that has been specially created to your own requirements cannot be returned.
Earrings: I regret that for hygiene reasons Under UK Health and Safety law, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

I accept credit and debit card payments that are handled securely through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay in this way.

If a ring is marked as in stock/made to order, this means that I may have limited stock, but if not, that the ring can be made for you in your size. Delay for this type of item is usually only a couple of days assuming I have all the materials available. If an item is marked as one of a kind or ooak, that means that the one you see in the shop is the only one and that item cannot be remade or resized. This happens for a variety of reasons. Sometimes I might get hold of a particular stone or other material that is a “one off”. Occasionally a piece is experimental and impossible to reproduce. Very occasionally a piece, once made is not cost-effective to reproduce. Sometimes experimental pieces take longer to make or are more complicated than anticipated!
